VOITA 36V Golf Cart Charger is designed for modern electric golf carts requiring stable, efficient, and safe battery charging performance.
We provide OEM/ODM customization, supporting both LiFePO4 lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, widely used in golf carts, sightseeing vehicles, and electric utility carts.
With industrial-grade protection and high conversion efficiency, our chargers ensure longer battery life and safer operation in outdoor environments.
This series chargers design of sealed structure. It suitable for flooded lead- acid batteries, sealed lead acid batteries, Lithium batteries, NI-MH batteries, Nickle Cadmium batteries, etc. They ate used to cycle charge or floating charge battery pack in electric Bumper Car, sightseeing vehicles, patrol vehicles, fork lifts, Floor Scrubber, AGV, ships, etc.
Protection Function
1.Burnout Protection: Temperature of charger exceeds the limitation. The charge will low down the power load. Temperature of environment exceeds 65℃, the charger will stop charging and switch itself to standby mode until temperature of environment goes down.
2.Protection for Reverse Connection of Batteries:The circuit inside the charger shuts down with batteries when the batteries are connected reversely and will not damage the charger.
3.NO-load Protection: There is no output when the batteries are not connected.
4.Short Circuit Protection: The circuit inside the charger shuts down with batteries when output is short circuit. The charger will start charging only after troubleshooting and restart the charger.
5.Automatic shutdown when fully charging: The charging automatically turns off after the battery is fully charged according to the charger’s judgment.

Do you support BMS communication on your chargers?
Yes. Where the model supports it, the charger can communicate with the battery BMS over CAN or RS485 so charging stops at the values your BMS expects. The interface fitted to this model is listed in Key Specifications.
Can the charging curve be adjusted to our battery?
Yes. Charging voltage, current and the CC/CV stages can be set to your pack specification as part of an OEM / ODM order. Send your battery datasheet and we confirm the profile.
Can you supply the connector we already use?
Yes. We can fit your existing connector type and pin-out, or supply a matched connector and cable assembly.
Do you offer Custom Branding?
Yes. Custom Branding is available on the product label, housing and packaging for OEM and ODM programs.
