GOLF CART POWER SOLUTIONS
Golf Cart Charging & Power for OEMs, Fleets and the Replacement Market
WHO WE SERVE
One Charging Supplier Across the Cart Lifecycle
Golf Cart OEMs
Chargers specified into a new cart program — voltage set-points, connector, enclosure and branding matched to your build and your dealer channel.
Fleet Operators
Courses, resorts and rental fleets where uptime and charger count decide the daily schedule, not the charger data sheet alone.
Distributors & Service Networks
Replacement and aftermarket supply for carts already in service, across the voltages and connectors seen in the field.
VOLTAGE PLATFORMS
36V, 48V and 72V — Configured to the Pack, Not Just the Label
36V Platforms
Chargers for 36V cart and utility packs, with voltage set-points and current matched to the pack rather than a fixed default.
48V Platforms
The mainstream golf cart platform. Current and thermal design are matched to the duty cycle of a course or rental fleet.
72V Platforms
Higher-voltage carts and performance vehicles, where charger current and continuous thermal performance matter most.
Choosing the right platform
| Platform | Typical application | What we configure |
|---|---|---|
| 36V | Lighter carts, utility and mobility vehicles | Charging voltage set-points and output current matched to the pack |
| 48V | Mainstream golf carts for courses, resorts and rentals | Current selected for the daily duty cycle and the available charge window |
| 72V | High-performance carts and larger fleet deployments | Higher-current charging with thermal design for continuous use |
| Custom | Non-standard pack voltages and OEM requirements | Developed with you against the pack specification |
BATTERY TYPES
Lithium Conversion, Lead-Acid Fleets and Everything Between
- LiFePO4 packs — chemistry-aware set-points and charge termination
- Li-ion packs — current and cutoff matched to the pack specification
- Lead-acid, AGM and gel — with the float and equalization stages they expect
- Mixed fleets — charger selection that keeps both chemistries serviceable

FAQ
Questions Golf Cart Buyers Ask Us
Which golf cart voltages do you supply chargers for?
36V, 48V and 72V platforms form the core of our golf cart range, with custom voltages developed per project against your pack specification.
Can one charger work with both lithium and lead-acid batteries?
The charging profile differs between the chemistries, so the charger is configured for the battery the cart actually uses. Where a platform offers selectable voltage set-points, we confirm the settings with you before delivery.
What connectors can you supply on a golf cart charger?
Common golf cart charging connectors used across cart brands, plus Anderson, SB-series, XLR and ring terminal options. We match the charger to the cart side of your installation.
Do you supply replacement chargers for carts already in service?
Yes. Replacement and aftermarket supply is part of our golf cart business. Send the existing charger model, the pack voltage and the cart-side connector, and we will propose a matching replacement.
Can the replacement charger carry our own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM programs cover your logo, label, enclosure color and packaging, with product documentation prepared for your market.
How do you handle fleet charging requirements?
Fleet projects are planned around vehicles per day, charger count and the power available on site. Share the fleet size and the daily duty cycle and we will propose a charging arrangement that fits the operating schedule.
