CUSTOM POWER PRODUCTS
Custom AC-DC and DC-DC Power Supplies, Engineered to Your Specification
AC-DC switching power supplies, adjustable and programmable units and high-power rack systems from 5W to 12kW, configured to your input, output and mechanical requirements. VOITA supplies equipment manufacturers, industrial and test applications and distributors — with one technical contact from specification to series production.
WHO WE SERVE
One Power Supplier from Prototype to Production
A custom power supply has three different buyers behind it — the engineer who has to make it fit the enclosure, the operations team who has to build with it for years, and the distributor who has to support it in the field. All three need the same thing: it has to fit, and it has to be repeatable.
Equipment Manufacturers
Power supplies specified into a machine or system, with the output, enclosure and documentation matched to your build and your approval process.
Industrial & Test Applications
Process plant, benches and test rigs where the supply has to hold its output across the real load range, not just at the nominal point.
Distributors & Integrators
Stock and project supply across the low-power and high-power ranges, with custom branding options for your own catalogue.
POWER CLASSES
From 5W Enclosed Units to 12kW Rack Systems
The output voltage tells you which family you are in. It does not tell you the ripple the load tolerates, the derating above 40°C, or how the unit behaves at the current limit. Those are the numbers we set with you.
Low Power (5W–1000W)
Enclosed and open-frame units for control panels, instrumentation and lighting, from 12W up to 1000W.
High Power (Above 1000W)
Industrial and rack systems for equipment and process loads, including 10kW and 12kW units where the thermal design carries the rating.
Adjustable & Programmable
Bench and process supplies with adjustable voltage and current, covering ranges such as 15–150V, 100–500V and up to 1000V.
Choosing the right class
| Class | Typical application | What we configure |
|---|---|---|
| Low power (5W–1000W) | Control panels, instrumentation, LED and building systems | Output voltage and current, connector, enclosure format and mounting |
| High power (above 1000W) | Industrial equipment, test benches and process plant | Output profile, thermal design, cooling method and rack or enclosure format |
| Adjustable & programmable | R&D, test and process supply from 15V to 1000V | Voltage and current range, metering and the interface the bench or process needs |
| Custom | Non-standard inputs, outputs and OEM requirements | Developed with you against the equipment specification |
ENGINEERING
The Nameplate Is the Easy Part
A switching supply is chosen at the operating point, not at the nominal one. Load transients, ambient temperature and the enclosure the unit sits in all move the real capability away from the data sheet headline — and that is usually where a project runs into trouble.
- Output voltage and current set at the operating point, not the headline rating
- Derating and thermal behaviour reviewed against your enclosure and ambient
- Load transients and current-limit behaviour checked against the real load
- Mechanical format, connector and mounting chosen around your assembly
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION
It Has to Pass Your Approval, Not Ours
A supply that cannot be documented cannot be approved. We work from your approval process backwards — the standards, the test evidence and the labelling your market requires — and build the design around it.
- CE and RoHS compliance on standard platforms, with documentation for your market
- Test evidence and labelling prepared for your approval process
- Input range and protection scheme reviewed against your installation practice
- Consistent documentation across sample, pilot and series production
CUSTOM POWER RANGE
Built Around the Requirement, Not a Catalogue Number
From a 12W enclosed supply for a control panel to a 12kW rack system at 400V and 30A, the range covers the power classes industrial equipment actually uses.

Five Decisions Before a Single Board Is Made
Most custom power projects stall on the same five questions: input range, output profile, thermal environment, mechanical envelope and documentation. Answering them before the first board is made is what keeps a project on schedule.
- Input range and the supply conditions the equipment will really see
- Output profile, including transients, ripple and current limit
- Thermal environment — enclosure, ambient and cooling method
- Mechanical envelope, connector and mounting interface
- Documentation, labelling and the standards your market requires
HOW WE SUPPLY
Three Ways to Buy Custom Power
Specification & Prototype
A design built to your requirement and validated as a sample before any production commitment, so the risk stays with us until it is proven.
OEM & Custom Branding
Your logo, label, connector, cable and packaging on the unit that reaches your customer, with documentation prepared for your market.
Series & Long-Term Supply
Repeat production against a frozen specification, so the part you qualified in year one is the part you receive in year three.
QUALITY & DELIVERY
From Requirement to a Qualified Part Number
VOITA works with qualified manufacturing resources to support PCB assembly, product assembly, wiring, testing and customized production, coordinated under VOITA-defined technical, quality and delivery requirements.
Requirement & Matching
Sample & Validation
Production & QC
Delivery & After-Sales
- CE · FCC · RoHS and UL-certified options
- ISO 9001 quality framework
- Fast sample support — lead times vary by product
- Response within one business day

FAQ
Questions Custom Power Buyers Ask Us
What power range can you build to a custom specification?
The range runs from 5W enclosed supplies up to 12kW rack systems, with adjustable and programmable units covering output ranges such as 15–150V and 100–500V. Tell us the input, output and envelope and we will confirm which platform fits.
Can you match a non-standard output voltage?
Yes. Beyond our standard 5V, 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V platforms, custom outputs are developed against your equipment specification. This is a normal part of OEM and ODM projects rather than an exception.
Do you supply AC-DC and DC-DC products?
Both. AC-DC switching supplies form the core of the range, and DC-DC conversion is available where the equipment runs from an existing DC bus rather than mains. Both can be specified against the same equipment requirement.
What documentation do you provide for approval?
Standard platforms carry CE and RoHS compliance, and test evidence and labelling are prepared to suit your approval process. Tell us which market and which standards your equipment has to meet and we will confirm what we can provide.
Can you produce a sample before we commit to volume?
Yes. Development projects are validated as samples against the agreed configuration before a production release, so the design is proven before you commit to series volumes.
Can the product carry our own brand and packaging?
Yes. OEM and ODM programmes cover your logo, label, connector, cable and packaging, with product documentation prepared for your market. Send us the specification and the volumes and we will come back with a proposal.
